Food is my passion.
I began learning to cook from my parents at a young age, at a time when the best recipes were either passed down in families or hidden away in cookbooks. I loved flipping through old cookbooks, skimming recipes and looking at pictures of dishes and wondering, “Can I do that?”
I started Sugar & Spice Catering in 2010 as a way to challenge myself. I wanted to push myself to make new things, to see if I could prepare large amounts of food for large groups of people. Over the years I have constantly pushed myself to learn new techniques and designs.
